stressed

something really bad happened today and I kept shaking and getting so scared and I kept almost passing out and I'm so stressed

I thought my dad was going to yell at me but he didn't so it's okay now but I'm still just so stressed out and weak and tired

sorry for only posting sketchy vents I'm just not doing so great right now
